Great Kiskadee

I would also tend to Pitangus sulphuratus, but the pictures are not in best shape to be 100% of the safe side, but some criteria would indicate Great Kiskadee more than others.

The rufus color on the wings (Pic #4) made me think it was a Great Kiskadee and the bill did not look as short as a Social Flycatcher, but pictures can be deceiving with the lighting and angle. Cool. I'm glad to help in some way. :)

There's also boat-billed flycatcher, but they have massive bills. You can't completely rule out lesser kiskadee since birds don't always follow range maps, but it's probably safe to call it a great kiskadee

So do you think it is a Great Kiskadee, Ashley? Or are there other similar species I overlooked?

Social Flycatchers are noticeably different by their tiny bill. Assuming all these photos are the same individual, social flycatcher is easily ruled out by the bill not being tiny.

Hey James, so I think it is a Great Kiskadee, but I may have overlooked similar flycatchers. The Lesser Kiskadee and the Social Flycatcher also look very similar to the Great Kiskadee, but the Lesser doesn't occur in Costa Rica. As for the other two it appears more like a Great Kiskadee.
