Field Notes

Description:

This amazing little frog almost went unnoticed as I passed by it, such the perfection of its camouflage. Its size is about 10 cm (4in). Its most remarkable feature is that the lines in its back are not simetrical!

Habitat:

This is a very common frog that can be found troughout South America. It inhabits a large range of habitats, including urban areas. This one was found in a small protected area near a small town.
