I have seen this blue color on wood several times before, but rarely the fruiting bodies

Thanks for the help! Now I am kind of bummed that I have seen this coloration several times but none of the actual cups
Very nice Machi. This blue is caused by a fungi Chlorociboria aeruginascens. The staining exists right throughout the wood and characterizes this fungi from some similar ones.
