Field Notes

Description:

I have no idea what type of spider this is at first it appeared to be a jumping spider but did not jump, then on closer inspection its eyes where almost invisible.
the thing that stands out the most is its thickened front legs, this little critter has been spotted on and off over the past week ambling round the house!

Species ID Suggestions

Comments (1)

It's some sort of jumping spider. The markings on the abdomen and the legs are like those of Ballus chalybeius, which is not a common species. Can you get a better picture?
