Here we go, Mark! Thanks for your reminder to take a look at the leafy ones... Cicadellidae, Coelidiinae.

The pattern and veins of the wings let me think of a planthopper. I first thought some kind of a Cixiidae, but did not find a reasonable match. It still might be a leafhopper, but in my eyes not a Cicadellinae.

Spiny back legs and broad head might be leafhopper?

Some kind of a Planthopper, I guess.
