You're welcome! The reduced first pair of legs on this butterfly allow to classify it in the family Nymphalidae, or four-footed butterflies. The Scarce Swallowtail belongs to the family Papilionidae. Please kindly edit this spotting to add the correct common name, scientific name and reference in the appropriate fields. Also please kindly add a scientific name to those spottins where the ID is known to you. Without this, they remain classified as Unidentified by Project Noah. We hope you will enjoy this site!
Thankyou, I thought it may be a Scarce Swallowtail but was confused by the greenness of its spots.
