Field Notes

Description:

A medium sized pale green damselfly with orange colored segments at the base and end of the abdomen. and a dark spot in the end of both wings. Legs are Yellow, with short black spines.

Habitat:

Common on the banks of ponds, rivers and canals.Sits on dry twigs and vegetation over water. Breeds in marshy banks of rivers, canals and ponds.
