Description:

vine, probably in the Fabaceae family

Habitat:

amazon, flooded forest

Notes:

I spotted this at dusk as we were finishing a paddle in the canoe. Conditions were exactly conducive to decent macro photography, so I broke off a flower and a seed pod to take back to the Zacambu lodge to photograph under controlled conditions.
