Field Notes

Habitat:

Rocky and muddy freshwater lake, about 6" deep.

Notes:

Found this in the lake, took it out and put it in a plastic container with water. After a while, it stuck its foot out. The contrast isn't very good against the whitish background but it's there. I'm wide open to other species suggestions. I'm only assuming the shell lining is pink because the dead shells nearby were.
