Description:

The Dusky Cranesbill is characterized by flat or convex flowers, with petals overlapping each other. The flowers are a light to dark purple. It is native to Southern, Central, and Western Europe

Habitat:

Alpine meadow, alt. 1500 m. Found in the Derborence area, a high biodiversity site with two different climates; in the upper part where this spotting was made the climate is humid and almost Atlantic like. Last shot is of habitat.

This plant likes shady and slightly wet areas.
