Black-headed Gull

Its a medium size gull; wings are light grey coloured; neck, breast and underparts are white; tail is black on top; during summer adults have dark brown hood; other-wise head is white with black spot on ear-coverts; legs are red/pink in colour; bill is red/pink in colour with blackish tip
