Field Notes

Description:

It's the only non-marine bird I saw in my trip to venice; it was in the small area of earth around the trees of a cemented square. At first I thought it was a common sparrow but it was too big to be one. I've never saw a thrush in the area and would have never expected to find one in a city.

Habitat:

cemented square with a single tree.
