Field Notes

Description:

There were a few of these taking it in turns on the feeding station but this ones markings were slightly different and it had a red crown which is indicative of a Juvenile bird. It also didn't stay still long enough for many photos, usually around the other side of the tree stump.

Habitat:

Outside the lodge near the Martinselkonen wilds centre, suomussalmi.

Notes:

There is also a Great tit on top of the post but this is too small to crop and make a separate spotting of.
