Thanks, sintija for suggestion and explanation! I have to admit that I already knew the ID, just forgot to update! This one is spotted in Bos/Herz. where I have been on holidays :)
It is Polyommatus icarus :) One very easy way how to distinguish it is by the white spot bewteen those black dots (with white line) and those black ticks that are filled with orange color :D (great explanation :D I hope you understood :D)
