When i first saw it, I thought it was a species of cuckoo-dove as well but as you have just stated, none of them are within range...the specific species you referred to also doesn't have the white wing margins...also, maybe the lighting made a green bird appear brown? Female pink-necked green pigeons are fairly drab themselves and lack the pink and orange of the males...it's just the closest bird that matches...
Looks like it but I do a Google search, there isn't any that I could find with the name and picture besides the one you provide.
Could it be a Slender-billed Cuckoo-Dove (Macropygia amboinensis)? I have not found any sightings in Singapore yet. It is found in Australia and East Indonesia. http://leesbirdbb4kids.com/bible-birds/doves-and-pigeons/70-slender-billed-cuckoo-dove-macropygia-amboinensis-wikic/. It is brown and its legs are reddish.
This is definitely a columbid...based on range, it can only be a few species. Based on general form and color, it can either be a spotted dove or a red collared dove. However, this bird lacks the trademarks of either of those two species. When you take a closer look, you can notice the white margins on the wings as well as the pink feet, which are both traits of the pink-necked green pigeon. That's why I thought this may be a juvenile individual who's colors have not set in yet: https://www.flickr.com/photos/23307377@N06/8740472227/
Unlikely. It does not have the beautiful colors of a Pink-necked green pigeon. Visually, it is just a plain brownish bird. It did look like a pigeon though.
