Field Notes

Description:

Found in every nook and corner of most households.
I guess this is likely the most common spider species.

Notes:

My guess for species - Crossopriza lyoni (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossopriza_lyoni)
Or Pholcus phalangioides. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pholcus_phalangioides)
I am inclined to choose the former based on the wiki page.
Experts please confirm / correct (if some other species).

Species ID Suggestions

tailed daddy longlegs spiders
