Field Notes

Description:

Toad with a murky brown coloration and a distinct yellow line running down the middle of its back. Also has a lateral stripe running down the side of the body. Pointed claw like toes. Warts on body. Parotoid glands are prominent. Approximately 2.5 inches long. Spotted at approximately 10:30pm.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood with a local golf course pond nearby.
