Description:

These doves are large and plump at 11in. They're brownish-gray on top and gray below, with a white wing patch that is visible in flight and at rest.

Habitat:

Inhabits scrub, woodlands, desert, urban, and cultivated areas. Native range extends from south-western USA through Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
