Hi Ismael, this very cool insect is actually not a Mantis at all! It is called a Mantidfly, Family Mantispidae. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantispidae I am not sure which species are found in your area so you still need a bit more research. Your second image looks like a spider nest perhaps. I don't think it is related to your Mantidfly.
