Field Notes

Description:

Moose Bull laying on the ground and eating

Habitat:

Woods, Forests, Prairies, Mountains, Meadows

Notes:

It took me almost 30min to crawl to him and be really close by (under the rain and among spiderwebs)... after few minutes taking pictures, I started to stand up... he looked at me, and, continued to eat peacefully... Not really disturbed by my presence.
So I went to tell my friend to come to see him. We walked normally and he was still eating slowly.
Apparently, from what I heard, is that they can be sick when they are not moving that much. To be verified, as I spotted him walking into the woods before I went to photograph him.
