Nice spotting Rabbit. This is very dark for the marbled scorpion which is usually but not always sandy brown. It appears to me to be the wood scorpion http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=2543825#b Note the differences are- Cercophonius squama has more bulbous nippers, glossy appearance and single stinger. Lychas marmoreus has lighter color (usually) more elongated (although yours may be well fed, or pregnant) secondary stinger and overall matt exoskeleton. Nice pic. You saw it... your call.
