Description:
The color varies from green to brown, the nymphs are light green. With the exception of the size, are identical to the adult. The females, which can reach up to 10.5 cm, are considerably larger than males, which measure about 6 cm. The antennae are short. It feeds exclusively on the leaves of bushes and roses.
Habitat:
It's common in Europe. The species is endemic of northwestern Mediterranean, especially Spain, Southern France, Italy and the Balkans.
It lives in habitats rather moist and airy.
