Description:

Haven't been able to get a positive ID on this Crab, but some articles online mention that Freshwater Crabs in S.E Asia belong to the family Parathelphusidae.
This Crab could belong to the genus Oziotelphusa and there is a chance that this is Oziotelphusa wagrakarowensis which is one of the few Freshwater Crab species recorded from Karnataka.
