Yes but the mcCoys skink looks nothing like the one I found, and the yellow bellied water slink is common to the area.
The tiny feet and toes on this skink make me think it is McCoys skink (Nannoscincus maccoyi). It is seldom seen and also has a yellow belly. http://museumvictoria.com.au/bioinformatics/lizards/images/macclive4.htm
