Description:

The family Ichneumonidae includes more than 3,300 species in North America. It’s one of the largest insect families. Ichneumons vary widely, though they tend to have very long antennae and often long ovipositors.

Nice shot Rieko. I'd call this a wasp in the family Ichneumonidae. A mud dauber would have a long thin waist that ends in a plump little abdomen.
Thank you very much Mark Ridgway. I checked under mud dauber. They are very similar, but I could not find exactly the same one, especially the light colored tail. But, shall I call this as mud dauber?
I think some kind of wasp... maybe like a mud dauber type.
