Thank you ForestDragon, by your references and the white spots on the lower borders of wings I chose Florida Viceroy
James, this one looks like one of the subspecies. Not sure which one. I think it looks quite similar to the Southern Viceroy, but it could also be a Florida Viceroy. Here is the page with the subspecies: http://bugguide.net/node/view/548/bgpage
