I have to agree with bayuccas suggestion here (which is still a skipper) if you look at the position of the white on the hind wings! it is much nearer the middle on the silver spotted.

i actually think this is a skipper, agree with despina...could be wrong, but, i'm fairly sure
Hesperiidae, Eudaminae, Achalarus lyciades. Very variable guy, but I only know this one with this frosty parts on the hindwing. The usual spots are a little bit smaler compared with tho ones from the link. Please, verify. http://bugguide.net/node/view/3997/bgimage
