Field Notes

Description:

Small greenish brown firm jelly discs with upturned rough margins. The largest of these otherwise smooth discs were about 20mm. Undersides were smooth.

Habitat:

Spotted growing on very damp ground in the middle of a walking track, in a reserve with a variety of native trees.

Notes:

These are said to be concave at first, flattening out to discs later. The outer surface is said to be velvety with small scattered warty structures.
