These are some of the "hairy" ones that grows in Sweden, similar to your spotting. Myosotis arvensis is my guess. Myosotis ramosissima and Myosotis stricta should be out of bloom right now. You are used to the ones that appear in the spring because it's easy to spot them at that period, that's the 'wood forget me not' species.

Yes, it is but there are few species! This is the hairy one and then there are the hairless ones :)
