Description:

Armeria welwitschii is endemic to Portugal and only occurs north if the river Tejo. The flowers are white and the ones with seeds have a little yellow star inside

Habitat:

native to seaside dunes and cliffs. taken at dunas da Crismina and Guincho

Notes:

"Raiz-divina" you can see the invasive plant Carpobrotus edulis in the last pictures which threatens endemic species
