Description:
Tiny Soldier Fly of 3mm, shiny metallic green thorax, yellow abdomen and big red eyes (male). I think this is a species of Microchrysa.
Habitat:
Garden lights, semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
