Wildlife Spotting

These caterpillars cocoons are approximately 2 centimeters in length. They seem to be made out of pieces of dead grass. They are attached to the caterpillars body as they crawl up the surface to where they will anchor themselves. Here they were attaching themselves to my windowsill.
