Description:

I found them again two days ago on same flowers.
13mm.
japanese name: ルリモンハナバチ.
may parasite to Amegilla florea florea(スジボソコシブトハナバチ).
flight: June-September.

Thanks HarumKoh. Yes the body is different, longer on yours, and different body colour, but blue stripped bees seem so unusual to me.. Have a look at the one here in India... http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17986086

Looks similar to the Blue-banded bee in my garden, except that the head is brown and the stripes aren't broken...
