Description:
big chubby toad with brown eyes and horizontal pupile. Dry body with warty texture. without stretched legs 10 cm or more in lenght
Habitat:
hidden in holes in the earth where it can stay fresh. Quinta de Vale Cavalos, Zambujeiro
Notes:
Found while working as a volunteer in Cascais - Natura Observa project. We were cleaning a field to prevent fires and found this fluffy toad. I didn't squish him when i was holding it!
