I was unsure too Dragoon as this appeared to have fewer abdominal segments than Lucilia sericata but it's hard to tell from this photo & it flew before I managed a dorsal shot.
Perhaps Lucilia sericata? It most seems to present the features of Sericata, but I'd prefer your opinion on the matter, as some of the disquinishing features between Lucilia species is from the shape of the abdomen and color, which can seems hard to distuinquish with this photo.
