These two are adorable. What they are doing is called gaping. Adults do this as well. It's pretty much a bluff to ward off potential attackers. They say "look at how fierce I am!" Most folks know that this species will play "dead" when threatened as well.
Generally, they are docile and want to be left alone. These two have probably been weaned recently (hopefully), since they are either in the pouch or ride on mom's back until they are weaned, normally.
