Family: Tettigoniidae. 255 species in North America. Green. Small wings. Found in backyard on the house. Length: Unknown . Antennae can be longer than the body length. Exhibits mimicry and Camouflage looking like leaves and being the same color as the leaves it may feed on. Food: Some feed on leaves, seeds, bark, but others feed on insects or small snails/slugs. Could be considered a pest.
