Notes:

I was only able to get one shot of this frog before it hopped away out of sight. I searched Reptiles and Amphibians of the Amazon but couldn't find a match.

Thanks Ashley, the markings seem to match to me.
The Genus of the frog is definitely Dendropsophus, and I'm like 90% sure of the species. This species looks exactly like your frog, except they have white spots on the back leg joint. Your guy looks like he's starting to get these white spots, so I'm thinking it might still be a young one or something. Let me know what you think :)
