Description:

Northern Mockingbirds have small heads, a long bill with a slight curve going down, and long legs. Their wings are short and rounded. Northern Mockingbirds are overall gray-brown and more light on their belly.

Habitat:

Northern Mockingbirds can be found in backyards, parks, suburbs, and open land at low altitude.

Notes:

Northern Mockingbird's are very aggressive and possessive of their territory. They are usually found alone or in pairs. These birds also sing endlessly.
