This is also considered a weed in our area. I just hope we also have the more colorful Euphorbia heterophylla var. cyathophora (Euphorbia cyathophora), which is the Painted Poinsettia - http://keyserver.lucidcentral.org/weeds/data/03030800-0b07-490a-8d04-0605030c0f01/media/Html/Euphorbia_cyathophora.htm. The last picture shows the comparison between the two.

i haven't seen this with flowers tho. it's like a common weed in our place.
