As common name you might take Leaffolder Moth or Crambid Moth.
Unfortunarely we cannot be sure if this is Desmia funeralis or Desmia maculalis, they both look identical and you would need DNA or genital disection to separate them. As a compromise and according to bugguide it is accepted to call this Desmia funeralis/maculalis (complex).
