Fun fact! Newborn opossums measure just 14 mm - about the size of a honeybee, and weigh 0.16 g (0.0056 oz). Litters of up to 25 have been recorded, though 6 to 9 young are typical – just as well opossums have thirteen nipples! https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10153104662800603&set=a.10152575329380603.958289.10150120463815603&type=1
