Description:

It is a small damselfly with black capped bluish green eyes. Its thorax is black on dorsum and blue on the sides. Its abdomen is black on dorsum up to the last segments that is blue and black again on the tip. Very different color from an immature gynochrome female https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1378082550

Habitat:

Roadside near rice field.
