Unknown Spotting ( A Small Insect )

I went downstairs, at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, and I saw a small insect, resting on the side of the kitchen sink. This insect, was one eighth of an inch long, and one sixteenth of an inch wide. It had two antennae, and six legs. It had a black head. It had a head, thorax, and an abdomen. The color of its thorax and abdomen, was a grayish-brown. I do not have a camera with a telephoto lens on it, so these photos did not turn out so well.
