Notes:

Pupa found inside a homegrown capsicum. It was not attached with any visible silk. About 12mm long and inert.

I borrowed a library book on insects of Australia that had a picture of something like this but I have since returned it and didn't take note of what that insect was. It might be a moth pupa.
Looks like a pupa of some sort. It would be useful to know how big it is.
