Although we should not add the family name as scientific name, in this case, since there might be little chance to get closer, I suggest that you take Sesiidae (no sp. added!) and as common name Clearwing Moth is a valuable compromise. I certainly will try to get a little bit closer ...
Definitely a Sesiidae, cannot help you more, there is almost no info about this family. Common genus is Synanthedon, which might be a candidate, but that's only a shy guess. There will probably no ID for this one...
