Sorry for the suggestion, I see you already have the ID in the reference link. The Common Name Box should say "Golden Tortoise Beetle" and the Scientific Name Books should read Charidotella sexpunctata.

Awesome spotting! The "sexpunctata" refers to the six black spots visible when this beetle changes color to red.
