Description:

When i was taking the picture it got disturbed and was trying to chase me away by showing the osmetrium and also by secreting a bad smelling secretion . Osmetrium is a hidden structure which is found in the pro thoracic segment, it can be everted once the caterpillar feels threatened .Found in the caterpillars of Papilionidae family .

Habitat:

Found on a Aegle marmelos plant ( beli plant )
