Description:

Pale yellow eggs, a little larger than a pin head, found on the undersides of tropical milkweed leaves.

Habitat:

Suburban garden, Maryland, USA (suburb I'd Washington, DC

Notes:

First sighting of a monarch this year. She started laying eggs within five minutes of arriving.
