Field Notes

Description:

There were SEVEN osprey flying overhead today; I believe 3 are from last year (my resident roosting pair and their lone surviving offspring we saw last Summer), and 4 juveniles.

Habitat:

Delware River, tidal region. Suburban riaparian area, with some densely wooded areas nearby.
